The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.

C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content (images) presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose, or fully repeats it when it is already available as adjacent visible text, causing the announcement to be duplicated for screen reader users;
C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information or structure conveyed through the presentation of the pages cannot be correctly determined programmatically (components with ARIA roles that do not follow the required structure; data tables whose headers lack the scope attribute; the main navigation menu is not contained within a programmatically identifiable navigation region; some text that visually functions as a section title, such as in the footer and the mega-menu, is not structured with heading tags);
C.9.1.3.5 - In some form fields that collect information about the user, the purpose of the input cannot be programmatically determined (the autocomplete attribute is disabled instead of being set to the corresponding token);
C.9.1.4.3 - The visual presentation of text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required against the background, except for the exceptions provided for by the regulation;
C.9.1.4.11 - The visual presentation of some non-text elements needed to identify interface components (in particular form field borders) does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required against the adjacent background;
C.9.1.4.13 - Additional content that appears on pointer hover or keyboard focus (the navigation mega-menu) cannot be dismissed via the keyboard (Esc key) without moving the pointer or the focus;
C.9.2.1.2 - In some interface components (e.g. the cart panel) keyboard focus is not kept within the active component, causing it to close unexpectedly during keyboard navigation;
C.9.2.4.4 - Some links do not have a purpose that can be determined from the link text alone or from the programmatically determined context in which they are found;
C.9.2.4.7 - The keyboard focus indicator is not always visible on all interactive elements during keyboard navigation;
C.9.2.5.8 - Some pointer activation targets (in particular the footer navigation links) are smaller than 24 by 24 CSS pixels and are not sufficiently spaced to fall within the spacing exception provided for;
C.9.3.2.2 - In some components (the sorting and results-per-page dropdown menus on the category pages) changing the value automatically triggers a change of context (page navigation) without prior warning to the user;
C.9.3.3.2 - In some forms, required fields are marked with a symbol (asterisk) without a legend being provided that explains its meaning;
C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases the name, role, states, properties or values of user interface components (including: form elements, links and script-generated components) are not correct or not set correctly;

b) disproportionate burden.

c) the content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation.

Payment forms managed via redirects or external widgets, video playback players, the live chat widget, the cookie consent widget, and any other widgets provided by third parties. Such content is not directly controllable by the development team and does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation under the exemptions provided for third-party content.
